The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.
The Opportunity:
- Join an established and growing cancer team: two medical oncologists, 3 radiation oncologists, 2 medical oncology APPs.
- Excellent quality of life practice offering a four-day work week.
- Established, free-standing, comprehensive cancer center that is currently undergoing a $15 million expansion project opening in Spring 2027.
- Quality oncology program accredited by Commission on Cancer and QOPI.
- Established hospitalist service in place.
- Two dedicated medical oncology APNPs who support the service.
- Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.
- Comprehensive benefits package, excellent retirement and deferred compensation, and generous annual CME allowance.
Compensation Details:
The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include:
- $646,000 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $909,402.
- Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
- Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal
- Paid relocation

- Generous annual CME allowance
