Ground floor opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial minded Pathology Laboratory Manager with experience in dermatopathology. The lab is a start-up, quickly growing and owned by  dermatopathologists. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for hiring, training and mentoring the technical staff, creating testing protocols, troubleshooting, scheduling, productivity and workflow, inventory management, compliance and budget management. You will be the subject matter expert on all technical affairs, including equipment acquisition, accreditation, efficiency and most importantly quality.
