Are you ready to take the next step in your career?We have an opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Scientist to work in the Microbiology Section of the Medical Laboratory Department! This is a day shift position. Hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Every third weekend required. Holidays as required.Principal duties and responsibilities:Accurately performs all test procedures as listed in the procedure manualPerforms and records all scheduled instrument preventative maintenance proceduresFollows established quality control procedures, documenting corrective action if necessaryAdheres to all turnaround times, documents calls as necessary, verifies critical values and specimen identification
