Marshfield Medical Center- Dickinson is in growth mode and is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join our robust Healthcare Team in Michigan's central Upper Peninsula. Join an established Oncology team of 1 physician and 2 APCs. Onsite Radiation Oncology with advanced imaging and equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• NO CALL

• Single Outpatient Clinic

• No offsite clinic travel

• 50% Hematology/50% Oncology practice mix

• ~14 patients/day (1 hour visits for new patients)

• Excellent Support/Nursing Staff

• Dedicated Pathology & Radiology support

• Strong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RN and coordinators

• Support of work/life balance

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• 2 year salary guarantee of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTE

• Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)

• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
