The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology is seeking a Director for Microbiology with expertise in Bacteriology / Mycobacteriology Laboratories (MD, PhD, or equivalent) at Mayo Clinic Florida. The Laboratory serves a growing practice, including strong Transplant, Oncology, and other specialty programs.  Qualified candidates will be able to support all sub disciplines of Microbiology. Experience in susceptibility testing, total laboratory automation, molecular diagnostics, and BSL-3 laboratory operations is preferred but not required.
