A fully independent, not-for-profit, community-owned hospital seeks a Medical Oncologist or a Hematology/Oncology Physician (Hem Onc) to join its team outside Denver, Colorado (CO) in Nebraska (NE).Position Highlights: - 4-day work week with Fridays off!- Approximately 60% Oncology and 40% Benign Hematology (no acute leukemias)- Dedicated Advanced Practitioner and RN support- EMR-EPIC- Cancer conferences twice per month- Joining a team of physicians who are very open to mentoring a recent or upcoming fellowship graduate- J1 and H1B visa sponsorship availableCompensation Highlights: - Two-year guarantee of $730,000- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000- Relocation assistance up to $20,000- First-year package of $850,000
