Medical Technologist II (Clinical Laboratory Scientist II)
Job DescriptionPerform testing for the clinical histocompatibility testing laboratory to support solid organ and bone marrow transplant programs at the University of Maryland, and other nationally recognized medical centers. The comprehensive clinical testing services require a rapid response on a 24-hour, 7 days per week basis. Perform automated and manual test procedures on blood and tissue samples to provide quality HLA test results. Adhere to explicit standard operating procedures and performs all duties in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
