The Department of Pathology of Indiana University Health Physicians and the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Indiana University School of Medicine are jointly recruiting an experienced surgical pathologist with subspecialist expertise in genitourinary pathology for the position of Director of the Genitourinary Pathology Service. The Service examines and reports a large volume of adult and pediatric specimens from the urinary tract, male genital organs, and adrenal glands. The pathologist will be based at the Central Pathology Laboratory in downtown Indianapolis and will join Drs. Katrina Collins, Muhammad Idrees, Michael Hwang, John Eble, and Tom Ulbright on the GU service. The fellowship program in GU pathology currently has three fellows so excellent opportunities to teach fellows, residents, medical students, visiting pathologists and observers are present.

The Genitourinary Pathology Service works with specimens from six hospitals within the IU Health system, and consults on cases from the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, and Eskenazi Health as well as personal consultation cases from around the world

Qualifications:
Must be certified in anatomic pathology or anatomic and clinical pathology
Must be qualified for licensure in the state of IN
