The Christiana Care Health System General Laboratory Department, located at Wilmington Hospital, is currently recruiting for a Medical Laboratory Scientist to work the Weekend Incentive Program (WIP). This position is Evening/Midnight rotating shifts. Employees in this program work three out of four weekends in a four week schedule.
