Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a full-time AP/CP BC/BE hematopathologist to join our practice on the campus of Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.  This practice is currently comprised of 6 general surgical pathologists with various subspecialty interests (including one other hematopathologist) who share a collegial and collaborative team culture.  The position requires general surgical pathology signout and hematopathology signout and consultation. Applicants should be proficient in general surgical pathology as well as have broad hematopathology expertise, including bone marrow and lymph node pathology, flow cytometry and PB smear review.  Fellows welcome to apply.  

Position Offers:

• Approximately 500 bone marrows and 1200 flow cytometry specimens annually
• Monday-Friday with shared weekend and holiday call (no weekend signout)
