Make Improvements in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases as a Medical Lab Scientist II As a Medical Lab Scientist II, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests and other procedures for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Responsibilities include: Utilizing requisite equipment, instruments, and computer systems. Evaluating and reporting patient results using considerable independent judgment within the scope of established testing methods. Performing quality control procedures and contributing to the maintenance of the laboratory, equipment, and supplies. Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures, instrumentation, etc.
