Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Cytotechnologist Team Leader to join our dynamic and ever growing organization.
As the Cytotechnologist Team Lead you will provide leadership and have direct responsibility for the supervision of a Pathology and Laboratory Medicine division or section. In this capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining daily staffing and scheduling, organization of work, supervision of employees, staff development and orientation, monitoring and evaluating performance by providing input to the manager, participating in communication of evaluations and corrective actions, expense control, quality assurance, process improvement, and troubleshooting and decision-making; within the delivery of services and related programs in the division. You will preform these all functions within your assigned area of responsibility.
